Injection Molding

Injection Molding

Irreversible molding process by which malleable forms of Thermosetting plastic are injected by force into a heated mold.

 

Injection Compression Molding

This molding introduces lower residual stresses, lower molecular orientation and birefringence, less and more even shrinkage, and better dimensional tolerances.

 

Compression Molding

Excellent in strength and dimension stability. It is suitable to industrial components with very thick sections.

 

Insert Molding

Moulding precisely with various of inserts have knurled outer surface

 

Auto-Degating

Inner mould degating system has significantly enhanced material flowability, consistency and reduce extra manual workload

Thermosetting
A strong chemical bond can be made through moulding and curing process, thanks to polymers in thermoset plastics

The process influences the material’s mechanical strength that is good for chemical or heat resistance and dimensional stability

The compounds include Phenolic, Urea, DAP, Melamine and Epoxy resins that are made of glass fibres (up to 50%), carbon fibres, glass balls, mineral powder, etc
Bulk Moulding Compound
A thermoset polyester polymer with glass fibre reinforcement is called bulk moulding compound (BMC)

It’s a material with a pasty shape before moulding and very little shrinkage as the finished product, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy
